
Dr. Peter Gaskovski is a registered Psychologist in Toronto with clinical expertise in psychotherapy and assessment. In the context of his private practice, Dr. Gaskovski works with adults and seniors struggling with depression and anxiety disorders using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including mindfulness meditation. Dr. Gaskovski also performs neuropsychological assessments of adults and seniors with head injury, dementia, and other conditions that affect cognition.
Dr. Gaskovski's approach to both treatment and assessment involves a reliance on empirically-validated modalities and measures, against a backdrop of empathic listening, compassion, and an awareness of the relational nature of all clinical and healing activity.
