
Bill Baskin is a seasoned human resources and business professional with experience across the graphic arts, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and food industry sectors. With over 35 years of experience, Bill has been the member of several Senior Leadership Teams, taking the business challenges and creating, implementing and executing human resource solutions. In addition, he has led organization change and business transformation projects for companies ranging in size from small entrepreneurial start-ups to multi-national global enterprises. He has also acted as internal coach, consultant and mentor to businesses, improving both individual and organization behaviour and performance.
Bill graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a Six Sigma Champion. Bill has completed the Industrial, Employee and Labour Relations studies at Queen’s University as well as the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management and Organization Design For A Changing Workplace, University of Toronto. In addition, Bill has certificates in Personnel Management and Group Facilitation and Presentation Skills from Mohawk College. Finally, he has facilitated workshops in Diversity, Anti-harassment, Conflict of Interest, Ethics and Business Standards as part of employer in-house training programs.
