
Tzabia is a nutritionist and life coach. She works with clients one-on-one and in corporate and organizational groups, to support them to make changes that affect their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Tzabia is called on by both employees and organizations to design nutrition and weight loss programs that are targeted for the group’s unique needs. These programs reflect both behaviour (mind, emotion, soul) and physiology (food, movement, rest). Her understanding of what, when, how, and why we eat is instrumental and has a powerful impact on individual wellbeing. She is a highly respected coach and regularly supports individuals to help them make effective and real changes in their health, energy and weight.
Tzabia’s understanding of the science of nutrition and the art of nourishment comes from certification as a Holistic Nutritionist, 11 years of practice as a Nutritional Consultant and over 30 years of personal studies of food, its effect on us, and the practice and teaching of natural cooking.
Tzabia is a graduate of Coaches Training Institute and a professional coach since 2003. She has also studied various forms of somatic movement and is the creator of Moving Space, a creative dance practice. Her coaching and teaching reflects a balance of the art and science of transformation.
