This program is available as on-site training.

The Gaski Performance Group - Seneca College, Faculty of Education and Training Adaptive Leadership program is fully customizable to meet your specific management goals and leadership development requirements. This program is delivered on-site at your location on dates and times that works best for your staff and organization.

This program is based on Seneca's 6-subject Adaptive Leadership Certificate program that includes the following modules:

  • Adaptive Leadership
  • Managing Change for Leaders
  • Self-Management and Performance
  • Strategy and Planning for Leaders
  • Leadership (Interpersonal) Communication Skills
  • Plus either one of:
    • Business Management & Organizational Behaviour
    • Teamwork and Coaching

The on-site Adaptive Leadership program can also be designed to provide the successful participant with full College Credits that can be applied to the Seneca College Leadership certificate program - details are available by request.

  Stage 1: Stakeholder Engagement
  Image Needs Analysis - to define the critical skills required
  Stage 2: Competency Definitions
  Image Establish key competencies to be developed in the leadership program
  Stage 3: Competency Assessments
  Image Engage participants in a 360 evaluation to establish baseline skills level
  Stage 4: Customize Learning Program
  Image Goals focused to address your organizational requirements and goals
  Stage 5: Personal Development Plans
  Image Participants create personal plans to address their unique skills requirements
  Stage 6: Follow-up and Support
  Image Provide coaching, mentoring and on-going developmental support as required
  Stage 7: Measure Results
  Image Review, measure and report the organizational results and overall performance
