This program is based on Seneca's 6-subject Adaptive Leadership Certificate program that includes the following modules:
- Adaptive Leadership
- Managing Change for Leaders
- Self-Management and Performance
- Strategy and Planning for Leaders
- Leadership (Interpersonal) Communication Skills
- Plus either one of:
- Business Management & Organizational Behaviour
- Teamwork and Coaching
The on-site Adaptive Leadership program can also be designed to provide the successful participant with full College Credits that can be applied to the Seneca College Leadership certificate program - details are available by request.
