1. How do you measure results?
We measure it through three different matrices: Return on Investment; Return on Individuals; Return on Interactions. Our three level ROI model looks at all the areas where training and development provides measurable impact and then specifically targets those areas for further development. <back to top>
2. Do you provide any type of assessments or reporting?
Yes, an interim and final KASE report are provided. The KASE findings are based on understanding and measuring the scope of the situation at hand. Without pre-program assessments, the end result can be of little or no value to the participants or the organization. Our detailed Knowledge, Ability and Skills Evaluations (KASE) and reports take into account the current business conditions, management goals, and the participant's personal expectations. By looking at all three areas, we are able to create a detailed post-delivery coaching and support action plan that meets and surpasses our client's (and participant's) expectations. <back to top>
