Trained in the world-renowned CTI Co-Active Coaching Programme, Cari brings her unique skills to help all of our clients identify their core values, uncover their authentic talents and apply their unique qualities in the pursuit of their goals. With a passion for coaching, Cari brings her energy and enthusiasm to every aspect of our clients individual and organizational coaching needs.
As a result of her business background (as an owner of several small businesses), as an amateur Triathlete and as a mother of five, Cari is able draw upon both her professional experience and her personal and athletic experience to provide a unique coaching perspective in such areas as time management, work-life balance, stress management and peak performance. Her authenticity and genuine sense of humour demonstrate that she is someone who walks the talk.
Cari's bright personality, huge energy and signature sense of humour make her a much sought after coach, speaker and workshop leader. Cari has provided sessions for such clients as Rogers Cable, Johnson & Johnson, TD Insurance, Masstech Corporation and others.
