360-KASE Assessment Program

The 360-KASE is a flexible, customizable and cost-effective way to find out what skills are present and what skills need to be developed in people. This comprehensive tool provides a snap-shot of an individual’s current level of skill and ability. The true value and power of the 360-KASE comes from what the individual is then enable to do with this data.

Once an individual 360-KASE report is generated, we encourage the participant individual to meet with his or her mentor, coach or immediate manager to begin charting a Personal Development Plan.

360-KASE Assessment (corporate version) components:

  • Choose up to 21 different leadership, management or sales competencies to customize your assessment,
  • Includes a participant self-assessment plus 7 peer, manager, staff, and/or customers assessments,
  • All assessments are completed confidentially on-line,
  • Individual feedback reports are provided to each participant*,
  • A summary of the overall skills findings (via a consolidated report) are presented to your management group.
