Multi-Skills Excellence program launched in partnership with Seneca College

This Multi-Skills Excellence Workshop, scheduled for March 28, 2007 in Toronto (Ontario), is a highly focused session designed to refine and refresh the skills in the areas most essential for business and personal success. Each module is delivered in a concise learning format allowing for immediate application of learning, skills development, and performance results.
This workshop is divided into four development areas (Sales, Customer Service, Management and Communication) each covering the key skills necessary for personal and professional success.
