Toronto, Ontario (Sept 18, 2007) - The Gaski Performance Group is pleased to announce the launch of an easy to use on-line tool for assessing leadership potential. This resource is an effective way to quickly measure the leadership potential of managers, supervisors and individuals alike. The Leadership Index ranks the participants current level of leadership potential against the aggregate findings of other managers and business leaders.

"The Leadership Index is a starting point in developing one's leadership potential. It provides a quick and simple method to identify potential competency gaps in the areas considered essential for successful leadership."
The Leadership Index assessment provides either a numeric Leadership score, or a score and specific feedback on the competencies and developmental dimensions necessary to improve leadership potential, the choice is up to the individual. The assessment ranking is based on the leadership competencies and evaluations used to develop the leadership abilities of business students in the Seneca College Leadership Certificate Program.
