The Art of Creative Decision-Making

This Lunch 'N' Learn program explores the decision-making process and how we tend to rely on basic creativity to find any old solution, rather than the best solution. To make effective decisions today, we need both focus and flexibility; we must be aware and yet wary, objective and optimistic, practical and imaginative.  Making effective decisions involves both the conscious and subconscious mind. It considers several factors, including our goal, our cognitive knowledge, our beliefs, and the job at hand. By understanding these elements, we can then make the best decision possible.
