This Lunch 'N' Learn program looks at simple and effective ways we can manage stress both at work and at home. Having stress is a fact of life, but how you handle it is a choice. Since we spend around one third of our lives at work and more than two thirds dealing with people, the associated stress that results can severely impact our overall health and happiness. Some stress can be a good motivator but when the feeling of satisfaction turns into exhaustion or frustration, then we experience the negative aspects of stress.
