Sales Boot Camp: Workshop Series
The Sales Boot Camp is designed to assist organizations in highly competitive environments who are unable to take their salespeople out of the field for more than a few hours at a time. The program is delivered through short, intense training bursts (4 hours) as morning or afternoon training sessions. It is delivered off-site on various dates and times to minimize any sales productivity loss. The Sales Boot Camp program includes three (3) individual modules:
- Module 1: Prospecting for New Business
- Module 2: Call Planning and Account Management
- Module 3: Time Management and Territory Management
Sales Certification Program: On-site/Off-site/Evening Series
The Sales Certification Program can be delivered either on-site, off-site, during the evening at Seneca College, or in a combination of each. In addition, this program can be customized to incorporate your specific business goals, market conditions, products and services.
