Creativity, Innovation for Continuous Improvement

Whether its called Continuous Improvement or Best Practices, for organizations in a competitive environment, finding new ways to innovate is essential to their long term success. This Creativity, Innovation and Continuous Improvement program uses various methods to identify the source of a problem, tools to uncover the root cause and contributors to that problem, strategies for generating creative ideas through brainstorming, methods to evaluate the quality of the ideas generated, and for designing implementation strategies that can be tied to the organizational Continuous Improvement process. The end goal is to successfully resolve the original problem in a repeatable fashion that positively contributes to the organizational goals, mission, vision and Continuous Improvement Process.

This program also explores creative thinking strategies, critical thinking strategies, looks at the value of measurements (in terms of what can and should be measured), and provides a methodology that will enable the successful implementation of the appropriate solution.
