Revenues go up, costs go down, job satisfaction and morale increase, clients are happier and the entire organization performs at its best. Yet having successful teams doesn't happen by chance. It takes skill, effort and dedication from the entire team and management.
Today more than ever, teams are becoming more integral to an organization's success. Unfortunately, most so-called "teams" are not really teams at all, but merely work groups at best. In this highly competitive business world, an effective team is more than a few people working together in the same department. An effective team is a single unit that collaborates, innovates and implements as if it were one unit. In support of this objective, this program was designed specifically for supervisors and team leaders who have to manage people while at the same time work as part of that same team. Throughout this program the participants will understand how to balance relationships with their team members while still getting the job done. They will also be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their team, along with their own team leadership abilities, and develop and implement strategies to enhance both their own and their team's effectiveness.
