Coaching & Feedback for Performance

Coaching and Feedback for Performance is about helping your staff achieve their goals. In order for anyone to coach to improve performance, research has shown that there are several core skills required, including the ability to:

  • Provide ongoing supportive feedback,
  • Use exceptional communication skills,
  • Foster relationships through strong interpersonal skills,
  • Demonstrate the personal capacity for effective self-management.

This Coaching Feedback for Performance program will address the essential areas necessary to coach and support staff while linking them to the overall Performance Management Process (PMP) or Performance Appraisal (PA) process.

This program provides the essential framework for participants to evaluate and develop their strengths and address their weaknesses as a coach. It integrates communication strategies (questions, listening and supportive feedback) with core coaching principles.

This program looks at the process of coaching in ways to align it with your organizational needs and goals. This program empowers participants to develop their own personal coaching style while maintaining a focus on the key skills required to help staff, teams and the organization reach the desired objectives.

This workshop has a maximum seating limit of 16 participants.

  • Mentoring,

  • Goal-setting with your staff,

  • Aligning with your Performance Management/Appraisal Process,
