- Body Language - Reading People (1-day workshop)
- Influence, Motivation and Persuasion (1-day workshop)
- Leadership and Teamwork (1-day workshop)
- Managing Change Today (1-day workshop)
- Problem Solving and Decision Making (1-day workshop)
- Interpersonal Business Communication Skills (1-day workshop)
** Some substitutions are allowed in the Leadership Development Program
* Upon successful completion of this program you may qualify for a credit in the Leadership Certificate program offered at Seneca College, Faculty of Continuing Education and Training.

- 6 one-to-one personal coaching sessions,
- Initial 360-KASE Assessment report,
- Feedback on your current leadership knowledge, ability and skill,
- A comprehensive Personal Development Planning guide and workbook,
- A post training and coaching 360-KASE Assessment and report to identify any changes in your leadership knowledge, ability and skill.
