
The Managing Difficult People workshop looks to provide you with key knowledge on how to interact with people who demonstrate difficult and challenging behaviour. This program will explore how people interact and react to each other, on the impacts of the 21 difficult personalities types and the typical behaviour patterns that are destructive to teams and relationships in both a personal and professional context.
The goal of this workshop is to provide specific strategies to enable you to deal more effectively when confronted by aggressive and demanding individuals. This program will explore the ten most common challenging personality types and provide strategies on how to deal more effectively with them to achieve different outcomes than would otherwise be possible. In addition, you will be introduced to key self-management concepts designed to assist you whenever you need to deal with difficult individuals.

- Emotions and their effect on behaviour,
- The 21 difficult personality types and their associated traits,
- Dealing with anger and hostility,
- Developing assertiveness,
- Managing stress.

- Gain a better understanding of behaviour styles and how to interact effectively with them,
