All transformation and change occurs "through you" and not "to you". As you begin to apply the principles you come to the realization that thought, action and outcomes are inexorably unified.
The Fourth Truth
Everything begins with choice. All things follow a cycle that begins with a simple yet powerful choice, yours!

Through the various workshops you begin to understand the "essence of" and the real power within your "self".
