Nadira is an experienced human resources and training professional who lives by the principle of lifelong learning. She has a strong understanding of adult learning theory and training methodologies needed in the development and delivery of a comprehensive training curriculum.

Nadira has worked in management for a number of Canadian organizations. In addition to her consulting role, Nadira also teaches at part-time at Seneca College and Centennial College in the Graduate Studies Program where she teaches a number of Business and Human Resources Management courses. Also she has taught Train the Trainer and a variety of supervisory and leadership development programs.

Nadira has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto and Certifications in Human Resources Management and Training and Development. She is a member of the Human Resources Association and the Ontario Society for Training and Development.

Nadira has worked with organizations such as Canadian Tire Corp. Ltd., Rogers Cantel Inc., The Royal Bank of Canada, Bell Canada, CDI Corporate Education Services, the Ministry of the Attorney General, Shred-it and Shoppers Drug Mart.
