The Executive Presentation Skills and Coaching program is the premier level program designed for executives looking for a superior level of performance through coaching. Executives and senior personnel in organizations must deliver sophisticated presentations that exude confidence, a sense of personal style and a fine polish that goes far beyond what is required for a group meeting. For these circumstances a standard presentation skills training program is not enough. Throughout this program our expert facilitators and coaches work closely with you to help you build maximum presentation impact, enhance your leadership style when delivering your presentation and to help you connect with each member of your audience.

This program involves extensive hands on training, direct 1-to-1 feedback and coaching - all designed to build your skill and ability to persuade, convince or influence your audience.

The program includes:

• 2 full days of Power Presentation Skills training.
  • This is designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge required for delivering powerful presentations.
• 2 full days of Executive Presentation Skills training
  • This takes your presentation skills up a notch. These two days are tailored to meet your specific needs with a focus on your delivery style, your presence and the image you project to create maximum impact.
• 3 post-training 1-to-1 personal coaching sessions.
  • These are personal 1-to-1 coaching sessions designed to fine tune your presentation skills. They are scheduled shortly after the workshops and at a time that is convenient for you.
• 2 360-KASE Presentation Skills Assessments.
  • Before you begin your training you will complete a full 360-KASE (Knowledge, Ability and Skills Evaluation) assessment - this feedback will support your coaching and development plan. Once the program is complete you will complete a follow-up 360-KASE to identify change in your skill and ability.

Your presentations, throughout the program, will be digitally video taped and you will receive immediate (real time) review and 1-to-1 coaching on each delivery. This program includes challenging exercises, group discussions and lectures that enable participants to learn by practicing the presentation strategies that persuade, motivate and engage the audience.

The program can be used to support your board presentations, formal presentations, employee presentations, advanced sales proposal situations and general public meetings. You will have the opportunity to prepare and deliver numerous presentations over the course of the four days. Each presentation will be videotaped and provided to the participant as a computer file, allowing you to review your presentation style and consider strategies to polish and refine it.
