In addition to the 6 workshops listed above, the Leadership Development Program also provides you with:
- Up to 6 one-to-one personal coaching sessions (to be used within a 12 month period),
- Initial 360-Assessment report,
- Feedback on your current leadership knowledge, ability and skill,
- A comprehensive Personal Development Planning guide and workbook,
- A post training and coaching 360-Assessment and report to identify any changes in your leadership knowledge, ability and skill.
This 6-day workshop includes extensive coaching.
